As a Consultant in Corporate Strategy, you will drive technical excellence in client engagements. This involves structuring analyses and delivering actionable strategic recommendations.

You will leverage hands-on experience in M&A advisory, providing support for transactions, valuation inputs, and strategic assessments. Your role will also include conducting operational due diligence to evaluate target company performance, risks, and synergy opportunities.

Furthermore, you will contribute to integration and separation planning, managing end-to-end deal execution and transition support. Proficiency in program management and financial analysis is essential for tracking workstreams, assessing business cases, and supporting critical decision-making processes.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis and Business Intelligence is required.
