Drive technical excellence in corporate strategy engagements, adeptly structuring analyses and delivering impactful, actionable recommendations. Provide hands-on support in M&A advisory, including crucial transaction support, developing valuation inputs, and conducting thorough strategic assessments. Conduct proficient operational due diligence to meticulously evaluate target company performance, identify risks, and uncover synergy opportunities. Develop expertise in integrations and separations planning, gaining exposure to end-to-end deal execution and transition support. Effectively manage programs and perform financial analyses to meticulously track workstreams, assess business cases, and support critical decision-making processes.

To excel in this role, you must possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

We require a minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis and Business Intelligence.
