Your work will involve intricate configuration of core SAP TM modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP components. You will be instrumental in enhancing our clients' supply chain efficiency and driving operational excellence through cutting-edge technology.

Configure and optimize core SAP TM modules, including Freight Unit Building, Freight Order Management, Transportation Planning, and Load Optimization.

Manage and implement Carrier Selection, Tendering, Charge Calculation, and Freight Settlement processes.

Ensure robust end-to-end integration between SAP TM and adjacent modules such as SAP SD, MM, and EWM.

Lead business requirement gathering, facilitate fit-gap workshops, and contribute to solution blueprint development.

Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), execute unit and integration testing, and address post-go-live stabilization needs.

A minimum of 3 to 6 years of hands-on functional experience in SAP TM implementation, rollout, or support projects is essential.

Participation in at least 1–2 full-lifecycle end-to-end SAP TM implementations, preferably within an S/4HANA environment, is expected.

Demonstrate deep functional expertise in transportation logistics lifecycles, master data (zones, lanes, profiles), and organizational structures.

Familiarity with technical interface knowledge, including IDocs, APIs, CIF, and Web Services integration logic, is required.

Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory for this role.
