As an SAP Security & GRC Access Control Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining SAP security roles, profiles, and authorizations. Key duties include performing user administration, troubleshooting access issues, and developing roles using SAP PFCG. You will also work extensively with SAP GRC Access Control modules such as ARA, ARM, and EAM, and conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis.

Further responsibilities encompass configuring workflows, supporting access reviews and audits, and troubleshooting authorization problems using various SAP security tools. You will also support SAP S/4HANA and Fiori security, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve security and compliance challenges. Involvement in security upgrades and project implementations is also a core aspect of this role.

We are seeking candidates with strong experience in SAP Security and Authorization Management, including hands-on expertise with SAP PFCG, SU01, SU10, SU24, SU53, SUIM, and authorization objects. A proven track record in SAP GRC Access Control configuration and administration is essential.

Candidates should possess a solid understanding of SoD rules, risk analysis, mitigating controls, and compliance requirements. Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA security, along with knowledge of SAP Fiori catalogs and groups, is highly desirable. Familiarity with incident management and change request processes will also be beneficial.
