Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as an SAP Security & GRC Consultant in Ahmedabad. You will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining robust SAP security roles and authorizations. Design, build, and maintain SAP Security roles and authorizations for SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and related applications. Lead role design, user access management, and authorization activities for implementation and support engagements. Analyze Solution Design Documents and business requirements to define appropriate access controls. Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather security requirements and align access governance. Design and implement SAP role-based access controls, authorization concepts, and security governance frameworks. Support SAP Fiori security configuration, including catalog design and role mappings. Troubleshoot security and authorization issues, providing timely resolutions. Support implementation of SAP Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Access Governance solutions. Collaborate with various technical teams to implement scalable security controls. Support segregation of duties (SoD) analysis, compliance assessments, and audit activities. Contribute to security architecture documentation and risk assessments. Provide mentoring and knowledge sharing to junior team members.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required. Candidates should possess 4-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and Authorization within SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments. Demonstrated expertise in SAP role design, role build, authorization concepts, user administration, and access management processes is essential. Hands-on experience with SAP Security objects, authorization troubleshooting, user provisioning, and access control frameworks is necessary. Strong understanding of SAP Fiori security concepts, including Launchpad roles, catalogs, groups, spaces, pages, and role-based access design, is required. Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into secure and scalable SAP authorization solutions is expected. Knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD), sensitive access management, user access reviews, audit controls, and governance processes is important. Exposure to SAP Access Governance and Identity Management solutions such as SAP GRC Access Control, SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG), or SailPoint ISC is beneficial. Experience supporting security activities during implementation, rollout, upgrade, transformation, and support projects is required. Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills are crucial. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve security outcomes is necessary.
