Design and manage SAP Security roles across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and Fiori. Lead role design, user access management, and authorization activities for various engagements. Analyze business requirements to define appropriate access controls and transaction authorizations. Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather security requirements and align access governance with business objectives. Implement SAP role-based access controls, authorization concepts, and security governance frameworks. Troubleshoot security and authorization issues and provide timely resolutions. Support SAP Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, including request workflows and compliance controls. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable security controls. Conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, user access reviews, and audit activities. Contribute to security architecture documentation and governance frameworks.

Possess 4-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and Authorizations within SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments. Demonstrate strong expertise in role design, authorization concepts, user administration, and access management processes. Exhibit hands-on experience with SAP Security objects, authorization troubleshooting, and access control frameworks. Showcase a strong understanding of SAP Fiori security concepts, including Launchpad roles and role-based access design. Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into secure SAP authorization solutions. Familiarity with Segregation of Duties (SoD), sensitive access management, user access reviews, and governance processes is essential. Experience supporting security activities during implementation, rollout, or support projects is required. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
