Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP SD solutions, encompassing configuration, implementation, and ongoing support for SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. You will be responsible for transforming Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, managing enhancements, and overseeing project implementations. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure the development of scalable and efficient SAP SD solutions in a multi-client environment.

Key responsibilities include translating business needs into robust SAP SD solutions, conducting fit-gap analyses, and preparing essential documentation such as FRDs and Solution Design Documents. You will also ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules like FI, MM, PP, and WM/EWM, and support interface requirements with non-SAP systems. Furthermore, you will manage incident resolution, drive reporting and analytics initiatives, and coordinate testing phases, including SIT and UAT.

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with a strong background in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, particularly in supporting Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. A Bachelor's degree is required for this role. You should possess comprehensive knowledge of SAP SD functionalities, including pricing, billing, returns management, and credit management. Experience in cross-functional integration with SAP modules such as FI, MM, and PP is essential.

Proven ability to gather business requirements, design scalable solutions, and create functional documentation is crucial. Experience with SAP Fiori applications and reporting tools like CDS Views is highly desirable. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are necessary to effectively engage with business users, project managers, and leadership. Experience in coordinating various testing phases (SIT, UAT) and managing incident resolution is also expected.
