Join our team as a Consultant specializing in SAP SD-CS in Ahmedabad. This role involves providing critical support and driving enhancements within SAP's Sales and Distribution and Customer Service modules. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of SAP systems for our clients.

Provide comprehensive L2/L3 support for SAP SD-CS, addressing incidents, service requests, and system enhancements. Conduct thorough issue and root cause analysis to ensure timely resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Manage configuration changes and develop detailed functional specifications for system developments. Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, ABAP developers, and cross-functional teams including MM, FI, PP, and EWM.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SD and CS is essential. Proven experience in S/4HANA AMS or Production Support projects is required.

Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, SAP SD, SAP CS, AMS Support, Incident Management, and Configuration is expected. A strong understanding of SAP SD processes, including Order Management, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, Returns, Credit Management, and Output Management, is crucial. Familiarity with SAP CS functionalities such as Service Orders, Notifications, Equipment, Functional Locations, Service Contracts, and Warranty is also necessary.

Experience in SAP configuration, testing, and production support is vital. Knowledge of SD-CS integration with MM, FI, and ABAP is beneficial. Exposure to SAP Fiori and ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Solution Manager is preferred.
