Join a dynamic team focused on transforming enterprise technology. This role is for an SAP SD Consultant with significant expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution. You will support various business units and industry sectors, driving end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) solutions.

This position involves business process transformation, application support, and project implementation. You will act as a key advisor, ensuring scalable and efficient SAP SD solutions are delivered in a multi-client, multi-industry setting.

Lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP SD solutions, managing the complete Order-to-Cash lifecycle including inquiry, sales order processing, billing, and returns.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into robust SAP SD solutions, preparing necessary documentation.

Ensure seamless integration of O2C processes with other SAP modules like FI, MM, PP, WM/EWM, and TM, as well as non-SAP applications.

Define and review functional specifications for custom developments, working with ABAP teams and validating delivered solutions.

Drive reporting and analytics initiatives, supporting management reporting and KPI dashboards for sales document flow and operational performance.

Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards.

Engage with business users, project managers, and leadership, providing expert recommendations and conducting workshops for knowledge transfer.

A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.

Extensive experience in SAP SD, including both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments, is essential.

Proven track record in supporting and implementing Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

Proficiency in core SAP SD functionalities such as pricing, billing, credit management, and various sales scenarios (intercompany, third-party).

Experience working with cross-functional SAP teams (FI, MM, PP, etc.) and supporting integrations.

Familiarity with SAP Fiori Applications and driving reporting/analytics is expected.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
