Join our dynamic team as an SAP SD Consultant, driving excellence in enterprise technology. This role focuses on transforming business processes and delivering innovative SAP SD solutions. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our Order-to-Cash processes, acting as a key advisor to business and delivery teams.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead end-to-end solution delivery within SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution. This position requires a strategic thinker capable of supporting diverse business units and industry verticals, ensuring scalable and efficient SAP SD implementations.

Lead the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle, from inquiry to billing and returns management. This includes detailed configuration, implementation, and ongoing support for SAP SD solutions across various business functions.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into robust SAP SD solutions. Conduct fit-gap analyses and ensure adherence to SAP best practices, preparing essential documentation like FRDs and Solution Design Documents.

Ensure seamless integration of O2C processes with other SAP modules (FI, MM, PP, WM/EWM, TM) and non-SAP applications. Support the development and testing of custom enhancements, user exits, and interfaces.

Drive reporting and analytics initiatives using SAP standard tools, CDS Views, and Fiori. Manage incident resolution, conduct root cause analyses, and oversee testing phases including SIT, UAT, and production deployment.

Serve as the primary SAP SD point of contact, engaging with business users, project managers, and leadership. Provide expert consulting, conduct workshops, and facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure successful project outcomes.

A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.

Extensive experience in SAP SD, including both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments, is essential. Proven expertise in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, including pricing, billing, and credit management, is critical.

Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements, design functional specifications, and lead solution delivery. Experience with cross-functional integration and supporting ABAP development teams for enhancements is necessary.

Strong stakeholder management skills are required, along with the ability to provide consulting recommendations and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Experience with SAP Fiori applications is a plus.
