Implement, configure, test, and support SAP RE-FX solutions, working closely with business users to enhance lease and property management processes. Key responsibilities include gathering business requirements, preparing functional design documents, and configuring SAP RE-FX to meet client needs. You will manage critical aspects such as Lease-In/Lease-Out Contracts, Property/Rental Object Management, Business Partner Management, and Rent Calculation/Periodic Posting.

We are seeking a SAP RE-FX Consultant with 4 years of dedicated experience. Essential skills include expertise in Service Charge Settlement, Contract Renewals/Terminations, and supporting IFRS 16 / ASC 842 lease accounting. You will prepare functional specifications, coordinate with ABAP teams, and lead Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT. Experience with data migration, cutover activities, go-live support, and resolving production issues is crucial. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc IT, B.Sc Computer Science, B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA is required.
