We are seeking a seasoned SAP PPQM Consultant to contribute to large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation projects. Your expertise will be crucial in analyzing business processes, designing SAP solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with other modules.

Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and perform gap analysis. Design and configure SAP PP & QM modules, including MRP, Work Centres, Routings, and Production/Process Orders. Set up production versions and Master Production Scheduling (MPS) aligned with chemical plant capacities. Configure batch management, batch determination, and back-flush processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CO, MM, SD, WM, PM) for effective integration.

Provide support during UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases. Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and collaborate with the ABAP team. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Support master data setup and define migration strategies for legacy quality master data. Train key users and develop end-user documentation. Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA functionalities and drive continuous improvements.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is required; an MBA or relevant master’s degree is preferred. Possess 5-8 years of SAP PP & QM functional experience, with at least 3 end-to-end S/4 HANA project implementations in SAP PPQM (excluding support projects).

Demonstrated hands-on experience on large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, preferably in manufacturing or the process industry. Ability to translate complex manufacturing requirements into technical specifications and configurations. Experience working with Indian and global clients is beneficial. Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and a willingness to travel for short and long durations are essential.
