Seeking a skilled SAP PPQM Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on leveraging SAP's Production Planning and Quality Management modules to drive business process improvements within the Oil, Gas, and Utilities sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SAP functionalities and a proven track record in implementing and supporting these modules.

This position is integral to delivering impactful solutions and ensuring seamless integration of SAP systems with broader supply chain and quality management processes. You will be instrumental in transforming business requirements into effective SAP configurations.

Key responsibilities include business process analysis, solution design, system configuration, and providing production support for SAP PP and QM modules. You will be involved in Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations, guiding clients through requirement gathering, blueprinting, and go-live activities.

Configuration tasks cover essential PP processes like Master Data, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, MRP, and Production Orders, alongside QM functions such as Inspection Planning, Quality Notifications, Quality Certificates, and Audit Management. You will also ensure effective integration with modules like MM, SD, PM, EWM, and MES.

A minimum of 5 years of experience is required, with significant hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM. Proven expertise in Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations is essential. Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to prepare functional specifications, conduct user training, and provide post-implementation support is also necessary.

Preferred qualifications include exposure to manufacturing, process optimization, and the SAP Activate methodology. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are expected for this role.
