Lead comprehensive SAP PP/VC project lifecycles, from initial implementation and rollouts to ongoing enhancements and support.

Develop and implement sophisticated SAP Variant Configuration solutions tailored to specific business and manufacturing requirements.

Configure and meticulously manage VC objects, including Characteristics, Classes, Dependencies, Variant Functions, Variant Tables, and Configuration Profiles.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate diverse requirements into robust and scalable SAP manufacturing solutions.

Configure and maintain core SAP PP functionalities such as Material Master, Work Centers, Routings, Bills of Material (BOM), Production Versions, and Production Resources/Tools (PRT).

Facilitate seamless integration of SAP PP and VC with other SAP modules like SD, MM, QM, and PM to ensure streamlined business processes.

Partner with ABAP developers and technical teams on custom developments, enhancements, interfaces, reports, and forms.

Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops, guide process design sessions, perform solution reviews, and deliver comprehensive user training.

Prepare detailed functional specifications and provide support throughout development, testing, and deployment phases.

Spearhead SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities for all PP/VC implementations.

Contribute to issue resolution, continuous process optimization, and driving improvements within manufacturing operations.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field is required.

Extensive experience, ranging from 8 to 12+ years, in SAP Production Planning (PP) and SAP Variant Configuration (VC) is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) and managing characteristics, classes, dependencies, variant functions, and variant tables.

Proficiency in configuring material masters, bills of material (BOM), routings, work centers, production versions, and production resources/tools (PRT).

Strong understanding and experience with Make-to-Order (MTO) and Configure-to-Order (CTO) processes, alongside manufacturing process design principles.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and its integration capabilities with SAP SD, MM, QM, and PM modules is crucial.

Proven ability to prepare functional specifications (RICEFW) and conduct various testing phases including SIT and UAT.

Capability to lead cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support activities, coupled with effective stakeholder management and business analysis skills.

An MBA in Operations, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent advanced qualifications is highly desirable. SAP PP and/or SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Certification is preferred.
