Translate complex business requirements into robust SAP PP-VC, PLM, and PDR solutions within ECC or S/4HANA environments. Lead cross-functional teams in managing master data, classes, characteristics, and object dependencies. Drive seamless integration across manufacturing and engineering processes, ensuring efficient production planning and execution. Facilitate workshops, gather business insights, and design solutions that align with global manufacturing operations. Provide expert support, training, and knowledge transfer to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and continuous improvement.

A Bachelor's degree is required, with a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP-VC, PLM, and PDR (ECC/S/4HANA). Essential skills include strong functional expertise in Production Planning, Material Master, BOM Management, Demand Management, MRP, and Production Orders. Proven experience with SAP Variant Configuration, including VC Master Data, Classes, Characteristics, and Object Dependencies, is critical. Experience with SAP PLM integration and Product Data Replicator (PDR) is also necessary. Demonstrated success in at least one full-cycle SAP PP-VC implementation project is expected. Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA manufacturing processes and cross-module integration is beneficial.
