Join our team as a Consultant specializing in SAP MM and WM, based in Ahmedabad. This role focuses on leading SAP S/4HANA implementations, conversions, and support engagements within the metals, mining, and industrial sectors. You will be instrumental in driving transformation and optimizing procurement and inventory management processes.

Spearhead SAP MM workstreams for S/4HANA implementations and conversions, ensuring successful brownfield and rollout activities. Drive Fit-Gap analysis, Simplification Item remediation, and Hypercare support. Configure and optimize end-to-end procurement processes, including Purchase Orders, Inventory Management, and Goods Receipts. Manage Business Partner and Customer Vendor Integration conversions, focusing on data harmonization and migration.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with modules like FICO, SD, and PP. Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for custom developments. Lead workshops and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance procurement and inventory optimization.

A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in SAP MM consulting is essential, with deep expertise in procurement, inventory management, and supply chain. Proven success in SAP ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion projects is required. Strong experience with Simplification Item analysis, BP/CVI conversions, and vendor master transformation is critical.

Proficiency in configuring core SAP MM processes, including Release Strategies and approval workflows, is necessary. A solid understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and strong integration knowledge across SAP modules are key. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are paramount for leading workshops and driving business process transformation.
