We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead critical workstream activities and collaborate with clients to optimize their procurement and supply chain functions. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a leading consulting firm.

Lead the SAP MM workstream for implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects within SAP S/4HANA. Conduct workshops to gather procurement and inventory requirements, translating them into scalable SAP solutions. Configure and support core SAP MM processes including procurement, inventory management, and P2P. Drive end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process design and optimization. Configure procurement functionalities like release strategies, account determination, and pricing. Support material and vendor master data governance, migration, and cleansing. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams for seamless integration with other SAP modules. Prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams on enhancements and reports. Lead Fit-Gap analysis, solution design, testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. Deliver user training and process documentation for successful adoption. Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions. Act as a trusted advisor for continuous process improvements.

Requires 6-10+ years of SAP MM consulting experience with strong hands-on configuration expertise. Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects is essential. Strong expertise in core SAP MM processes such as Procurement, Inventory Management, and P2P is a must. Hands-on experience configuring release strategies, account determination, pricing, and procurement workflows. Solid understanding of integration between SAP MM and FI, SD, PP, WM/EWM is required. Experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, Fit-Gap, solution design, testing, and user training is necessary. Ability to prepare detailed functional specifications and collaborate effectively with development teams. Experience in data migration, master data management, and cutover activities is beneficial. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are key. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required. Experience in at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects is highly preferred. Knowledge of SAP Ariba, SAP Sourcing, or other procurement solutions is a plus. Willingness to travel to client locations is required.
