As an SAP MM Consultant, you will lead SAP MM workstream activities, from implementation to support engagements. This includes conducting business workshops to gather requirements for procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes.

You will configure and support core SAP MM functions like Procurement, Inventory Management, and Invoice Verification. Driving end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process design and optimization is crucial. Additionally, you'll manage master data, collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration, and prepare functional specifications.

Responsibilities extend to leading Fit-Gap analysis, solution design, testing, UAT, cutover planning, and go-live support. You will also deliver user training and troubleshoot issues, acting as a trusted advisor to clients for continuous process improvements.

We are seeking candidates with 6-10 years of SAP MM consulting experience, including strong hands-on configuration skills in SAP S/4HANA projects. Proven expertise in Procurement, Inventory Management, Material Master, Vendor Master, and P2P processes is essential.

Experience with configuring release strategies, account determination, pricing procedures, and procurement workflows is required. A solid understanding of SAP MM integration with FI, SD, PP, and WM/EWM modules is also necessary. You should be adept at requirement gathering, business process analysis, solution design, testing, and user training.

Ability to prepare detailed functional specifications and collaborate with development teams is key. Experience in data migration, master data management, and cutover activities is beneficial. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, along with excellent communication and presentation abilities, are expected. Experience in at least two end-to-end SAP implementation projects is highly preferred. Knowledge of SAP Ariba or other procurement solutions is an added advantage. Willingness to travel to client locations is required.
