We are seeking a skilled SAP MM Consultant to lead transformative projects. Your expertise will guide clients through SAP S/4HANA implementations and optimizations, ensuring their procurement and supply chain functions achieve peak performance and efficiency.

Lead SAP MM workstream activities across implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support engagements within SAP S/4HANA environments.

Conduct business workshops to gather procurement, inventory, and supply chain requirements, translating them into scalable SAP solutions. Configure and support core SAP MM processes, including Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, and Material Master.

Drive end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process design and optimization, aligning with business objectives and SAP best practices. Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, reports, and enhancements.

Lead Fit-Gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support. Deliver user training and knowledge transfer for successful system adoption. Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and act as a trusted advisor for continuous process improvements.

A minimum of 6-10 years of SAP MM consulting experience with strong hands-on configuration expertise is essential. Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects is required.

Demonstrated expertise in Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, Material Master, Vendor Master, and P2P processes. Hands-on experience in configuring release strategies, account determination, pricing procedures, and procurement workflows is crucial.

Strong understanding of integration between SAP MM and FI, SD, PP, WM/EWM, and other related SAP modules. Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, Fit-Gap analysis, solution design, testing, and user training is necessary.

Ability to prepare detailed functional specifications and collaborate effectively with development and integration teams. Experience in data migration, master data management, and cutover activities during SAP implementations is expected. Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills are key.

Excellent communication and presentation skills are vital for client engagement. Experience in at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects is highly preferred. Knowledge of SAP Ariba, SAP Sourcing, or Supplier Collaboration is an added advantage. Willingness to travel to client locations is required.
