Join our dynamic team as a Consultant specializing in SAP ISU ABAP. This role is based in Mumbai and focuses on leveraging your expertise in SAP technologies within the Oil, Gas, and Utilities sector. You'll be instrumental in driving functional excellence and innovation through robust enterprise technology solutions.

Develop and customize SAP CRM Web UI applications using BOL and GENIL frameworks. Write efficient Object-Oriented ABAP (OO-ABAP) code, including BADIs, BAPIs, user exits, and custom forms. Configure and manage CRM Middleware for seamless integration with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and third-party systems. Conduct advanced debugging, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning for production support and system upgrades. Collaborate closely with functional consultants to produce technical design documents, execute unit tests, and support User Acceptance Testing.

Possess 4-8 years of solid experience in SAP CRM Technical Development, with hands-on expertise in ABAP/ABAP OO, SAP CRM Web UI, BSP Development, and CRM Middleware. Demonstrated proficiency in BADI, User Exits, Enhancement Framework, Smart Forms/Adobe Forms, and RICEF principles (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms). Experience with BAPI, RFC, and IDoc Development is essential. Familiarity with SAP CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules, along with SAP ECC and S/4HANA integration knowledge. Working knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and Transport Management systems is required. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc., B.E./B.Tech) or an MBA is necessary. Knowledge of SAP HANA concepts is a plus.
