Manage commercial invoices and trade documentation, ensuring compliance with international shipping practices and timely delivery. Resolve customs clearance issues for international shipments and manage global ATA Carnets and temporary importation procedures. Address complex trade compliance challenges, including tariff classification, country of origin determination, and multi-jurisdictional regulatory requirements. Analyze shipping and compliance regulations in new markets, maintaining performance reports and providing data-driven recommendations for improvement. Review and approve commercial invoices, monitor order backlogs, and initiate corrective actions for on-time delivery. Clearly communicate compliance requirements to stakeholders and organize complex information into compelling narratives. Build trusted relationships by engaging confidently with clients, logistics teams, legal, procurement, and manufacturing departments. Collaborate with Logistics Analyst teams on new projects and establish product country of origin with cross-functional departments.

A minimum of 3 years' prior experience in SAP logistics, compliance, or trade operations within an SAP GTS environment is required. Demonstrate expert knowledge of 3PL workflows, commercial invoice forms, SLI's, packing lists, shipper's export declarations, import duties, tax assessments, and temporary importations. Possess excellent knowledge of international shipping procedures, trade documents, and SAP trade compliance processes, with prior professional experience in logistics and/or compliance roles working with SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA being preferred. Familiarity with manufacturing and assembly documentation (BOM, drawings), PLM software, and Google Workspace is beneficial. Working knowledge of FedEx Ship Manager, DHL Import/Export Portals, SAP Trade Compliance / SAP GTS, tariff classifications, and related trade compliance systems is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are a must. A BE/B.Tech degree is required.
