Join our dynamic Operations team as an experienced SAP Trade Compliance Coordinator / SAP GTS specialist. You will work with innovative global clients and teams, supporting critical logistics and trade operations. This is an office-based role in Hyderabad, offering opportunities for collaboration with global teams within the DSA practice, focusing on SAP Trade Compliance and SAP GTS.

Manage commercial invoices and international trade documentation, ensuring adherence to shipping practices and delivery timelines. Resolve customs clearance issues for global shipments, managing ATA Carnets and temporary importations. Tackle complex trade compliance and SAP GTS challenges, including tariff classification and multi-jurisdictional regulatory requirements. Analyze shipping regulations for new markets, maintain performance reports, and provide data-driven improvement recommendations.

Optimize processes by reviewing commercial invoices, monitoring order backlogs, and initiating corrective actions. Clearly communicate compliance requirements to stakeholders and organize complex information into compelling narratives. Build trusted relationships with clients, logistics teams, legal, procurement, and manufacturing departments. Collaborate with Logistics Analyst teams on new projects and establish product country of origin with cross-functional departments.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a SAP logistics, compliance, or trade operations SAP GTS environment is essential, with a focus on trade compliance, customs procedures, or international shipping operations. You should possess expert knowledge of 3PL workflows, commercial invoice forms, SLI's, packing lists, shipper's export declarations, import duties, tax assessments, and temporary importations, along with related SAP Trade Compliance processes.

Demonstrate excellent knowledge of international shipping procedures, trade documents, and SAP-supported trade compliance processes. Prior professional experience in logistics and/or compliance roles, ideally with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA, is preferred. Familiarity with manufacturing and assembly documentation, PLM software, and Google Workspace tools is beneficial. Working knowledge of FedEx Ship Manager, DHL Import/Export Portals, SAP Trade Compliance/SAP GTS, and tariff classifications is required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of global trade regulations, strong analytical and organizational skills, and awareness of dangerous goods and import certifications.
