Seeking an experienced SAP Fiori/UI5 Consultant to drive the design, development, and implementation of innovative SAP Fiori applications and SAPUI5 solutions. This role is central to enhancing SAP S/4HANA environments and requires a strong understanding of the SAP Fiori Launchpad, OData services, Fiori Elements, and UI5 development. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver user-friendly, responsive, and business-centric applications that foster functional excellence and support long-term growth.

As a key member of the Enterprise Technology & Performance team, you will contribute to solutions that go beyond routine operations, acting as a catalyst for innovation.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing custom SAP Fiori/UI5 applications and extensions, alongside configuring and maintaining the SAP Fiori Launchpad (FLP). You will implement and support both standard Fiori apps and custom extensions, leveraging your expertise in UI5 development using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and the SAPUI5 framework.

Further duties involve configuring Fiori catalogs, groups, spaces/pages, and roles. You will also engage in OData service development and integration, collaborating with backend teams (ABAP, CDS views) for seamless data flow. Customizing standard apps using SAP Fiori Elements and the extension framework, troubleshooting UI5/Fiori issues, and optimizing application performance are also crucial aspects of this role. Ensuring adherence to UX/UI best practices and SAP Fiori design principles, along with supporting testing and deployment activities, completes the scope of work.

A solid foundation in SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 development is essential. Experience with configuring and maintaining the SAP Fiori Launchpad (FLP), OData service development, and integration is required. Proficiency in UI5 development using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and the SAPUI5 framework is necessary.

Familiarity with Fiori Elements and the SAP extension framework for customizing standard applications is expected. You should possess the ability to collaborate effectively with backend teams (ABAP, CDS views) and troubleshoot UI5/Fiori issues while optimizing application performance. A strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and SAP Fiori design principles is also vital. Experience supporting unit testing, SIT, and UAT is beneficial.
