Join our team in Noida as an experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant. You will leverage your deep expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) to drive implementations, rollouts, and AMS support projects. This role requires a proactive approach to configuring, optimizing, and supporting complex financial processes within SAP environments.

Lead and execute SAP FICO implementation, rollout, and AMS support activities. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FI/CO configurations. Perform comprehensive IMG configurations across Financial Accounting and Controlling modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting. Configure organizational structures, account determination, and asset capitalization processes. Manage asset accounting lifecycles and configure cost controlling modules like Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).

Execute legacy data migration and support critical month-end and year-end closing activities. Generate detailed financial reports and integrate SAP with banking systems. Support employee financial processes and proactively identify opportunities for business process improvements and system enhancements. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end financial process delivery.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with 6–8 years of SAP experience, specifically focused on SAP FICO. A strong track record of 1–2 end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, along with rollout and AMS support engagements, is essential. You should possess extensive hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO modules, including detailed IMG configuration for GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting.

Proficiency in configuring SAP organizational structures, account determination, pricing procedures, and tax settings is required. Experience with legacy data migration for key financial and controlling data is crucial. A solid understanding of asset accounting processes, cost element accounting, cost center accounting, product costing, and profitability analysis (CO-PA) is expected. Familiarity with banking integrations, employee financial processes, and month/year-end closing activities is also important.

Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in large-scale SAP environments is a plus. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, technology, or a related field is required.
