As a Senior SAP FICO Consultant, you will lead and support SAP FICO implementation, rollout, and AMS activities. This involves analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP FI/CO solutions, and performing detailed IMG configuration for both Financial Accounting and Controlling modules.

You will manage key financial processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Special Purpose Ledger. Furthermore, you will configure organizational structures, handle account determination, and manage asset capitalization. Your role extends to configuring cost elements, cost centers, product costing, profit centers, internal orders, and CO-PA.

Key responsibilities include configuring pricing and tax settings, supporting planning and actual postings, and performing legacy data migration. You will also support month-end/year-end closing, generate financial reports, and configure banking integrations. Assisting with employee financial processes and preparing documentation are also vital aspects of this role.

We are seeking a Senior SAP FICO Consultant with 6-8 years of SAP experience, focusing heavily on SAP FICO modules. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, technology, or a related field is required.

This role demands hands-on experience in at least 1-2 end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, coupled with rollout and AMS engagements. You should possess strong expertise in SAP FI and CO modules, with extensive IMG configuration experience across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Special Purpose Ledger.

Your background should include strong knowledge of SAP organizational structure configuration and hands-on experience with legacy data migration. Familiarity with asset accounting processes, cost accounting modules (Cost Element, Cost Center, Product Costing, Profit Center, Internal Orders, CO-PA), and account determination/pricing/tax configuration is essential. Experience supporting General Ledger along with AP, AR, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, or Controlling is also necessary.

Understanding of banking integrations and employee financial processes is beneficial. Expertise in month-end and year-end closing activities, along with the ability to identify process improvements and recommend best practices, are critical. Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills are expected. Experience in large-scale SAP environments is preferred.
