We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO Consultant to lead and execute various project phases, from implementation to ongoing support. The position involves translating business needs into effective SAP configurations and ensuring seamless integration across critical financial modules. Spearhead SAP FICO initiatives for implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support. Analyze and document business requirements from finance and controlling stakeholders, translating them into robust SAP solutions.

Configure and support core SAP FI modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Taxation, and Financial Closing. Similarly, configure and support SAP CO modules such as CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Cost Allocations, and CO-PA.

Conduct Fit-Gap analyses, prepare functional specifications for custom developments and reports, and actively participate in testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and defect resolution. Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities, while also troubleshooting production issues and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams for end-to-end process integration.

A minimum of 4 to 6 years of hands-on SAP FICO consulting experience is essential. Demonstrable expertise in key FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Tax, Closing, Reporting) and CO modules (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, CO-PA) is required.

Proven experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, or transformation project. A strong grasp of finance, accounting, and controlling business processes, alongside hands-on configuration, testing, and support experience is crucial.

Candidates should possess excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Universal Journal and Account-Based CO-PA, is highly desirable. Exposure to Central Finance, Treasury Management, or SAP Analytics Cloud is a significant plus. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with advanced qualifications or certifications being advantageous.
