Join our dynamic team as a Consultant specializing in SAP FICO, contributing to impactful implementations, enhancements, and support engagements within SAP S/4HANA environments. You will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable financial solutions, collaborating closely with finance stakeholders to understand and meet their evolving business needs.

This role offers the opportunity to work on end-to-end project lifecycles, from requirement gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, and post-go-live support. You'll be instrumental in ensuring seamless integration across various SAP modules and driving process improvements, while also mentoring junior team members.

Lead SAP FICO workstream activities for implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support within SAP S/4HANA.

Gather business requirements through workshops with finance stakeholders to design scalable SAP Finance solutions.

Configure and support core SAP FI functionalities (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Financial Closing) and SAP CO functionalities (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA, Cost Allocation).

Design and implement Record-to-Report (R2R) and financial controlling processes aligned with business objectives and best practices.

Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP and technical teams for developments, reports, forms, workflows, interfaces, and enhancements.

Drive Fit-Gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, data validation, user training, cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare support.

Ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO and other modules (MM, SD, PS, PP, Treasury).

Support month-end and year-end closing activities, reconciliations, reporting, and audit compliance.

Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide effective resolutions.

Act as a trusted advisor, participating in client-facing discussions and project governance.

Mentor junior consultants and contribute to process improvements and SAP best practices adoption.

Possess 6-10+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience with robust hands-on configuration skills.

Demonstrate proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects.

Exhibit strong expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Taxation, and Financial Closing.

Showcase strong expertise in Controlling (CO) including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and CO-PA.

Have experience in at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects, preferably involving SAP S/4HANA.

Understand the integration between FICO and MM, SD, PS, PP, and other SAP modules.

Be proficient in requirement gathering, business process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, user training, and documentation.

Possess the ability to prepare detailed functional specifications and coordinate effectively with technical teams.

Display strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Communicate and present effectively, interacting directly with client stakeholders.

Experience in financial process transformation, reporting, controls, and compliance is highly desirable.

Be willing to travel to client locations and engage in client-facing consulting.
