Lead SAP FICO activities in S/4HANA environments, including implementation, rollout, and support.

Gather business requirements and design scalable SAP Finance solutions through workshops. Configure and support core FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Financial Closing) and CO modules (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA, Cost Allocation). Design and implement Record-to-Report and financial controlling processes.

Prepare functional specifications, collaborating with technical teams for development, reports, and interfaces. Drive the full project lifecycle, from Fit-Gap analysis and design to testing, training, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, PS, and PP. Support month/year-end closing, reconciliations, reporting, and audits. Troubleshoot issues and provide effective resolutions. Act as a trusted advisor to clients and mentor junior consultants.

A minimum of 6-10 years of hands-on SAP FICO consulting experience, with proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.

Strong configuration skills in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules are essential. Experience with GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Taxation, Financial Closing, CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and CO-PA is required.

Demonstrated experience in at least two end-to-end SAP implementation projects, preferably with S/4HANA. Solid understanding of integration between FICO and MM, SD, PS, and PP modules.

Proficiency in requirement gathering, business process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and user training. Ability to create detailed functional specifications and collaborate effectively with technical teams.

Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills are crucial. Excellent communication and presentation abilities are necessary for direct client interaction.

Experience in financial process transformation, reporting, controls, and compliance is highly desirable. Flexibility to travel to client locations and work in a client-facing consulting capacity is expected.
