Lead SAP FICO workstream activities for implementations, rollouts, and support. Gather business requirements and design scalable SAP Finance solutions. Configure and support key SAP FI and CO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis. Design and implement Record-to-Report and financial controlling processes. Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams. Drive Fit-Gap analysis, testing, training, and go-live activities. Ensure seamless integration between FICO and other SAP modules. Support month-end/year-end closing and troubleshoot functional issues. Act as a trusted advisor and mentor junior consultants.

Requires 6-10 years of hands-on SAP FICO consulting experience with strong configuration expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance. Proven experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects is essential. Expertise in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Taxation, Financial Closing) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA) is mandatory. Strong understanding of FICO integration with MM, SD, PS, PP modules is required. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are critical. Effective communication and presentation abilities are necessary for client interactions. Experience in financial process transformation, reporting, and compliance is highly desirable. Willingness to travel is expected.
