You will be instrumental in designing and delivering scalable finance solutions by gathering business requirements and collaborating with finance stakeholders. Lead SAP FICO activities across implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support in SAP S/4HANA. Gather business requirements and design scalable SAP Finance solutions through stakeholder workshops. Configure and support core SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Financial Closing) and CO modules (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA, Cost Allocation). Design and implement Record-to-Report (R2R) and financial controlling processes aligned with business objectives. Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for development and enhancements. Drive the full project lifecycle: Fit-Gap analysis, design, configuration, testing, data validation, training, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. Ensure integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PS, PP, Treasury) and support month/year-end closing, reconciliation, and audit compliance. Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide effective resolutions. Engage with clients, participate in project governance, and mentor junior consultants.

Possess 6-10+ years of hands-on SAP FICO consulting experience, with a strong emphasis on configuration. Demonstrated success in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects. In-depth expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) – GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Taxation, Financial Closing. Proficient in SAP Controlling (CO) – Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA. Experience with at least two end-to-end SAP implementations, ideally including SAP S/4HANA. Solid understanding of FICO integration with MM, SD, PS, PP, and other SAP modules. Proven ability in requirement gathering, business process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, user training, and documentation. Skilled in preparing detailed functional specifications and coordinating with technical teams. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with direct client interaction experience. Experience in financial process transformation, reporting, controls, and compliance is a significant advantage. Willingness to travel to client locations for this client-facing consulting role. A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or IT is required. SAP FICO or SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is preferred, and professional finance certifications (CA, CMA, CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
