Manage the technical and functional landscape under Finance, ensuring full end-to-end process coverage across multiple countries. Collaborate with other ERP functions and non-ERP domains to deliver impactful solutions. Analyze requirements, identifying standard functionalities, necessary enhancements, and acceptable workarounds. Handle L3 level issues, custom solutions, and enhancements. Oversee change management, training, and knowledge transfer to finance teams and end-users. Drive continuous process improvements and optimization of Finance processes. Provide support for critical production issues.

A Bachelor's degree is required for this position. We are seeking candidates with approximately 5-8 years of experience in SAP FICO. Strong understanding of Finance processes and their integration within SAP. Proficiency in requirement analysis and solution design. Experience in handling complex issues and custom developments. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential. Ability to conduct deep-dive analysis and drive issue resolution is crucial.
