Join our team as an SAP EPM: PaPM Consultant in Mumbai, focusing on Finance Transformation and Business Finance. We are seeking a talented professional with 3-5 years of experience in designing, configuring, and delivering comprehensive SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) solutions. A solid grasp of financial processes, performance management, and SAP architecture, particularly within S/4HANA and HANA, is essential.

This role is integral to our Enterprise Technology & Performance team, driving functional excellence and enabling innovation for our clients. You will be a key player in transforming how businesses manage their profitability and performance through advanced SAP solutions.

Engage closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and architect robust SAP PaPM solutions. Configure and implement complex PaPM models, including allocation logic, process flows, calculations, and rules tailored to specific business needs. Develop high-performance data models and integrations with SAP S/4HANA, BW, and third-party systems using HANA capabilities.

Translate intricate business performance requirements into technical specifications, delivering optimized PaPM applications. Participate actively in the full project lifecycle, from blueprinting and prototyping to testing, deployment, and hypercare support. Create and maintain essential technical documentation, including functional specifications, solution architecture, and user manuals. Support the creation and delivery of training materials for end-users and business stakeholders.

We require a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline, with advanced degrees considered a plus. Possess 3-6 years of practical experience in SAP PaPM implementations, including at least one complete end-to-end project. Demonstrate a deep understanding of profitability analysis, cost allocations, performance modeling, and financial planning concepts.

Key technical skills include proficiency in HANA modeling, SQLScript, and integration with SAP and non-SAP data sources. Familiarity with SAP FICO, BW/4HANA, and SAP Analytics tools is expected. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial, along with the capacity to clearly communicate technical and functional concepts to diverse audiences. Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills are vital. Willingness to travel for project needs is also a requirement.
