Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Consultant specializing in SAP EPM: PaPM. This role focuses on Finance Transformation and Business Finance within our organization. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing cutting-edge SAP solutions that drive functional excellence and innovation.

We are seeking a driven professional with 3-5 years of experience in SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM). A solid grasp of financial processes, performance management, and SAP architecture, particularly in S/4HANA and HANA environments, is essential for success in this position.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and craft scalable SAP PaPM solutions. Configure and implement allocation logic, process flows, calculations, and rules to meet business needs. Design and perform data modeling, integrating with SAP S/4HANA, BW, or third-party systems, leveraging HANA capabilities for high-performance logic.

Translate business performance requirements into technical specifications. Participate in the full project lifecycle, from blueprinting and prototyping through testing, deployment, and hypercare. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including functional specifications, solution architecture, and user manuals. Assist in developing training materials for end-users.

A Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Engineering, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are a plus. Possess 3-6 years of hands-on SAP PaPM implementation experience, including at least one complete end-to-end project. Demonstrate a deep understanding of profitability analysis, cost allocations, performance modeling, and financial planning concepts.

Exhibit strong skills in HANA modeling, SQLScript, and integration with SAP and non-SAP sources. Familiarity with SAP FICO, BW/4HANA, and SAP Analytics tools is necessary. You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to clearly communicate technical and functional concepts. Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills are vital. Willingness to travel is a requirement.
