Lead functional discovery workshops for order management processes, translating business needs into detailed functional requirements. Analyze current processes to identify improvements for future OMS models, and collaborate with architects on design impacts.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution, ensuring end-to-end traceability of requirements. Mentor junior Business Analysts and support business subject matter experts to ensure successful project delivery and readiness.

This role requires 4-8 years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree and a strong command of SAP tools and platforms. Essential skills include proficiency in Apps Script, Looker Studio, Plx Dashboards, and Google Workspace applications, alongside familiarity with programming best practices.

Key competencies also encompass the ability to manage multiple projects, handle large datasets, possess strong attention to detail, and exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience with SAP Project Management, Quantitative Analysis, Requirement Gathering, SAP SDLC, and Process Mapping is highly valued.
