You will develop agent-based applications, integrated architectures, and scalable systems designed to reimagine business processes and deliver significant business impact. Partnering with Boston Consulting Group, you will guide clients from strategic conception through to technical implementation, bridging the gap between executive strategy and practical application.

This role emphasizes AI-driven coding, allowing you to fully utilize your architectural strengths and drive transformative change.

Identify and structure AI and agent-based use cases across comprehensive end-to-end business processes. Support the strategic redesign of business processes utilizing SAP BTP. Contribute to the development of robust, integrated solution architectures spanning ERP, CRM, data, and AI layers. Develop innovative prototypes and proofs-of-concept, potentially using SAP AI Core or simple agent workflows. Assist in the evaluation of various technology options, including BTP, hyperscalers, and hybrid solutions. Provide crucial support during initial implementation phases, from discovery through pilot stages.

Possess a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a closely related field. Bring a minimum of 2 years of relevant consulting experience, with a focus on SAP BTP, cloud technologies, or software development. Demonstrate foundational knowledge in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or ABAP. Exhibit a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and emerging agent-based methodologies. Maintain a fundamental understanding of core business processes and integration principles. Ideally, possess some initial experience with SAP BTP Services like CAP or Integration Suite. Ideally, have prior experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Thrive in interdisciplinary and global team environments, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to travel. Communicate effectively and confidently in both German and English.
