Seeking an experienced SAP CI (Convergent Invoicing) Senior Consultant to join our team. This role requires extensive hands-on experience in SAP BRIM CI implementation and AMS support. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating highly customized SAP landscapes and possess broad BRIM knowledge to manage complex billing and invoicing scenarios.

Lead and support SAP CI activities for implementation and AMS projects, managing end-to-end BRIM CI processes. Responsibilities include configuration, enhancements, incident management, problem resolution, and service requests. You will troubleshoot issues in customized BRIM systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration, and support billing, invoicing, and revenue processes.

This role also involves assisting business and functional teams with root cause analysis and solution design. You will prepare functional specifications, solution documents, and KT materials, while also supporting testing activities and defect resolution.

A Bachelor's degree is required. Candidates must have 3-6 years of overall SAP experience with a strong focus on SAP CI. Proven hands-on experience in SAP BRIM CI implementation and AMS support projects is essential. Deep knowledge of SAP BRIM architecture and end-to-end flows, especially within highly customized environments, is expected.

Cross-domain BRIM knowledge (BRIM-CC, CM, SOM, ABAP exposure) and understanding of integration points within BRIM and with other SAP modules are crucial. The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA BRIM and basic ABAP debugging skills are beneficial.
