You will be instrumental in managing complex SAP landscapes, ensuring peak system performance, and upholding stringent security and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities include leading and supporting SAP Basis and Security initiatives across implementation, administration, and AMS projects.

Core duties involve installing, configuring, upgrading, and patching SAP systems across all landscapes, alongside comprehensive monitoring and optimization of SAP databases like HANA, Oracle, and Sybase.

You will also focus on system performance tuning, managing the Transport Management System (TMS), ensuring smooth background job operations, and maintaining robust RFC connectivity.

Furthermore, the role encompasses supporting SAP infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), designing and building SAP security roles, managing user lifecycles, and ensuring compliance through authorization concepts and segregation of duties.

Troubleshooting complex Basis and Security issues, conducting root cause analysis, and preparing essential technical documentation are also vital aspects of this role.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to guarantee stable and secure SAP operations is paramount.

We are seeking a candidate with 6-8 years of comprehensive SAP experience, with a significant emphasis on SAP Basis and SAP Security.

A strong background in SAP system installation, upgrades, kernel patching, and system maintenance is essential, alongside expertise in SAP database administration (HANA, Oracle, Sybase) including backup, recovery, and performance optimization.

Proficiency in SAP system performance tuning, workload analysis, memory management, and buffer optimization is required.

Candidates must possess hands-on experience with SAP TMS, user lifecycle management (provisioning, deprovisioning, access control), and a solid understanding of audit, compliance, and segregation of duties (SoD) within SAP environments.

Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities are necessary, as is a strong aptitude for communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
