Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Senior SAP Consultant in Mumbai. As a key member of our SAP Practice, you will leverage your expertise to manage and optimize SAP environments, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment with client objectives. Administer SAP Basis across development, QA, pre-production, and production systems. Support installations, configurations, upgrades, and technical maintenance. Monitor system health, performance, and background jobs. Manage user administration and technical support for roles. Oversee SAP transport requests and movements. Provide HANA database administration, including monitoring, backup, and recovery. Manage background jobs, spool requests, and interface issues. Perform client administration and system refreshes. Support SAP upgrades, support packages, and SAP Notes implementation. Analyze system performance issues related to memory, CPU, database, and application response times. Coordinate backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures. Support SAP connectivity, RFC destinations, and SSL configurations. Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams to resolve technical challenges. Manage landscape availability, capacity planning, and technical documentation. Handle incidents, service requests, and changes according to SLAs and IT service management processes. Support go-live, cutover, migration, and hypercare activities. Ensure adherence to SAP technical standards, security guidelines, and operational procedures. Prepare technical reports and documentation.

A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is required. Candidates should possess a minimum of 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects. Proven experience with 2 to 3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, encompassing Greenfield, Brownfield, or Bluefield project methodologies, is essential for success in this role.
