Administer and maintain SAP ECC 6.0, SAP FI, SAP Enterprise Portal 7.5, and SAP Solution Manager landscapes.

Manage SAP Transport Management System (TMS), including transport requests, import/export activities, and release management.

Execute SAP kernel upgrades, support package implementations, system refreshes, and system copy activities.

Perform SAP installations, post-installation configurations, client administration, and landscape maintenance.

Monitor SAP system health, performance, and work processes, proactively resolving issues. Manage SAP services, background jobs, spool administration, RFC connections, and interface monitoring.

Handle SAP user administration, role assignments, authorization troubleshooting, and ensure security compliance.

Administer Oracle databases using BRTOOLS and RMAN, focusing on backup, recovery validation, and performance optimization.

Troubleshoot SAP system outages, transport failures, application issues, and production incidents.

Support disaster recovery planning, failover testing, and business continuity initiatives. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, operational runbooks, and knowledge articles.

Participate in change management, release deployments, patching, and scheduled maintenance. Provide L2/L3 production support, ensuring strict SLA adherence for incidents, service requests, and problem management.

Collaborate with business users, infrastructure, database, and application teams, along with vendors, to resolve critical production issues. Utilize ServiceNow and Jira for effective management of incidents, problems, changes, and service requests.

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Basis Consultant with extensive experience in SAP system administration, landscape management, upgrades, and production support. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in SAP ECC, SAP Enterprise Portal, SAP Solution Manager, Oracle database administration, and SAP Basis operations within enterprise settings.

Key skills include strong proficiency in SAP Basis Administration and landscape management, coupled with hands-on experience in SAP ECC 6.0, SAP FI, SAP Enterprise Portal 7.5, and SAP Solution Manager. Expertise in SAP installations, kernel upgrades, support package implementation, system refresh, and system copy is essential.

Demonstrated proficiency in SAP Transport Management System (TMS), client administration, and release management is required. A strong understanding of Oracle database administration using BRTOOLS and RMAN, alongside SAP performance monitoring, workload analysis, and system optimization is critical.
