Lead technical workstreams for Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations, leveraging ABAP on HANA, RAP, CDS Views, OData, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP.

Design and develop complex SAP applications using RAP Business Objects, Fiori Elements, CDS Annotations, AMDP, APIs, and Enhancement Framework.

Architect robust technical solutions aligned with business needs, SAP best practices, and S/4HANA extensibility.

Collaborate effectively with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver comprehensive SAP S/4HANA solutions.

Develop and support custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflows, and integrations within S/4HANA.

Drive technical design reviews, code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to development standards.

Support data migration, testing phases (SIT, UAT), defect resolution, and go-live activities.

Enhance SAP Fiori applications and user experiences using SAP UI5 and modern S/4HANA frameworks.

Utilize SAP BTP services for innovative and future-ready SAP solutions.

Prepare technical specifications and project documentation.

Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.

Requires a minimum of 7 years of extensive SAP ABAP development experience, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA technologies.

Proven experience in Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including at least one full end-to-end implementation.

Demonstrated expertise in ABAP on HANA, RAP, CDS Views, OData Services, SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and SAP BTP.

Hands-on experience with RAP Business Objects, Fiori Elements, CDS Annotations, AMDP procedures, APIs, and HANA-native solutions.

Solid experience in object-oriented ABAP, enhancement frameworks, BAdIs, user exits, RFCs, BAPIs, IDocs, and integration technologies.

Proficiency in performance tuning, debugging, root cause analysis, code optimization, and troubleshooting complex SAP landscapes.

Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable SAP solutions adhering to SAP Clean Core and S/4HANA best practices.

Experience collaborating with functional teams and business users to translate requirements into technical designs.

Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies, testing, cutover, and go-live support.

Proven ability to lead technical workstreams and mentor junior developers.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required.
