Lead technical aspects of Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations using ABAP on HANA, RAP, CDS Views, and SAP BTP. Design and develop complex SAP applications leveraging RAP Business Objects, Fiori Elements, and HANA-optimized techniques. Architect enterprise-grade solutions aligned with business needs and SAP best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions. Develop and support custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements. Drive technical design reviews and ensure code quality. Support data migration, testing, and go-live activities.

Enhance SAP Fiori applications and user experiences. Leverage SAP BTP services for innovative solutions. Prepare technical documentation and provide technical leadership. Mentor development teams and promote continuous improvement in development practices.

A minimum of 7 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA technologies, is essential. Proven experience in Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations, including at least one full end-to-end project lifecycle, is required.

Demonstrate expertise in ABAP on HANA, RAP, CDS Views, OData Services, SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and SAP BTP. Experience with RAP Business Objects, Fiori Elements, CDS Annotations, AMDP, APIs, and HANA-native solutions is crucial. Proficiency in object-oriented ABAP, enhancement frameworks, and integration technologies is expected.

Capabilities in performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting complex SAP landscapes are necessary. Ability to design scalable and secure solutions adhering to SAP Clean Core and S/4HANA best practices is key. Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills are vital for stakeholder engagement and technical leadership.
