Lead technical workstreams for Greenfield SAP S/4HANA projects, developing solutions using ABAP on HANA, RAP, CDS Views, and SAP Fiori. Design and implement complex applications with RAP Business Objects, Fiori Elements, and AMDP. Architect technical solutions aligned with business needs and S/4HANA standards. Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutions. Develop and support custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and integration components.

Drive technical design reviews and code quality. Support data migration, testing, and go-live activities. Enhance SAP Fiori applications and user experiences. Leverage SAP BTP services for innovative solutions. Prepare technical specifications and project deliverables. Mentor development teams and drive continuous improvement.

Requires 7+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA technologies. Proven success in Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations, including end-to-end project participation. Expertise in ABAP on HANA, RAP, CDS Views, OData Services, SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and SAP BTP is essential.

Demonstrated experience with RAP Business Objects, Fiori Elements, CDS Annotations, AMDP, APIs, and HANA-native solutions. Strong object-oriented ABAP skills and experience with enhancement frameworks are necessary. Proficiency in performance tuning, debugging, and root cause analysis is key. Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable SAP solutions, adhering to SAP Clean Core and S/4HANA best practices. Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and leading technical workstreams is expected.
