Lead technical aspects of Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations, developing robust solutions with ABAP on HANA, RAP, CDS Views, and OData Services. Design and build complex applications utilizing RAP Business Objects, Fiori Elements, and AMDP. Architect enterprise-grade technical solutions aligning with business needs and SAP best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutions, including custom reports, interfaces, and integrations. Drive code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to SAP development standards. Support the entire project lifecycle, from testing and go-live to hypercare.

Develop and enhance SAP Fiori applications, leveraging SAP UI5 and modern frameworks. Utilize SAP BTP services for innovative solutions. Prepare comprehensive technical documentation. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and foster continuous improvement in development practices.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 7+ years of extensive SAP ABAP development experience, particularly with SAP S/4HANA technologies. Proven success in Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations, including at least one end-to-end project, is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in ABAP on HANA, RAP, CDS Views, OData Services, SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and SAP BTP is required. Experience with RAP Business Objects, Fiori Elements, CDS Annotations, AMDP, APIs, and object-oriented ABAP is critical. Proficiency in performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting complex SAP landscapes is also necessary.

Ability to design scalable and maintainable SAP solutions adhering to SAP Clean Core principles. Strong collaboration skills with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical designs. Understanding of SAP implementation methodologies, testing cycles, and cutover activities is key. Prior experience in leading technical workstreams and mentoring developers is highly valued.
