Seeking a seasoned SAP ABAP Senior Consultant to join our team. This role involves deep expertise in SAP ABAP development and technical solution delivery, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA ABAP.

You will contribute to end-to-end implementation, rollout, and AMS support projects. The ideal candidate will excel at developing, optimizing, and supporting robust SAP solutions within complex enterprise environments.

Lead and drive SAP ABAP development across various project phases, including implementations, rollouts, and AMS support.

Translate intricate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions. Develop and maintain custom SAP objects using both traditional ABAP/4 and Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP).

Design, build, and enhance SAP S/4HANA ABAP solutions, adhering to best practices for HANA development. This includes creating CDS Views, AMDP procedures, and OData services, with a strong emphasis on code optimization using modern techniques.

Develop and support SAP Adobe Forms for critical business documents and reporting. Additionally, you will create data migration and conversion programs using BAPI and BDC, and design/support SAP Workflow solutions.

Perform thorough technical analysis, debugging, and issue resolution. Utilize ABAP analysis and optimization tools like Runtime Analysis, SQL Trace, Code Inspector, and SAP ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC) to ensure code quality and performance.

Collaborate effectively with functional consultants, business users, and other technical teams to deliver seamlessly integrated SAP solutions. Prepare comprehensive technical specifications and documentation.

A minimum of 6–8 years of comprehensive SAP ABAP experience, with a significant focus on development.

Proven track record of hands-on involvement in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation, a rollout project, and a production support engagement.

Direct experience on at least one SAP S/4HANA ABAP implementation project is essential.

Solid proficiency in ABAP/4 and Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP) is required. A good understanding of ABAP on HANA development concepts and optimization strategies is also necessary.

Demonstrated hands-on experience with CDS View creation, AMDP, and OData service development. Extensive experience in developing and enhancing SAP Adobe Forms is expected.

Experience with data migration and conversion techniques, including BAPI, BDC (Call Transaction and Session Methods), is crucial. Hands-on experience with SAP Workflow development and troubleshooting is also a key requirement.

Proficiency in using ABAP performance analysis tools such as Runtime Analysis, SQL Trace (ST05), Code Inspector, and SAP ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC). Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities, particularly within SAP production support settings, are vital.

The ability to develop high-quality, optimized ABAP solutions aligned with SAP S/4HANA standards is a must. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills are also essential. Experience in large-scale SAP implementation and support environments is highly preferred.
