Analyze and translate business needs into effective SAP technical solutions. Design, develop, test, and support SAP ABAP objects for implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support projects. Develop and maintain RICEFW objects, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows. Utilize Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP), BAPIs, BAdIs, and other advanced techniques for custom developments. Create and maintain various types of reports, including Classical, Interactive, and ALV Reports. Develop and support output management solutions using Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and SAP Scripts. Build and support integrations between SAP and external systems using technologies like IDocs, RFCs, and Web Services. Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and code optimization to ensure system stability and performance. Prepare technical specifications, development documentation, and deployment artifacts. Collaborate with functional consultants across SAP modules to deliver comprehensive business solutions. Support all phases of the project lifecycle, from SIT and UAT to go-live and post-production support. Adhere to SAP development standards, quality guidelines, and best practices.

Possess 4-6 years of comprehensive SAP ABAP development experience. Demonstrate strong expertise in ABAP Programming, OOABAP, Data Dictionary, Module Pool Programming, and ALV Reporting. Have hands-on experience with Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, SAP Scripts, and Workflow developments. Showcase strong knowledge of BAPIs, BAdIs, User Exits, Customer Exits, Enhancement Framework, RFCs, IDocs, and ALE technologies. Proven experience in developing and supporting RICEFW objects within SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments. Possess a good understanding of SAP integration concepts, technical architecture, and development lifecycle processes. Experience in debugging, performance tuning, technical troubleshooting, and issue resolution is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA development concepts, SAP Activate, and Agile methodologies is highly desirable. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are crucial. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment with both functional and technical teams.
