Lead technical workstreams for greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations, delivering scalable solutions with ABAP on HANA, RAP, CDS Views, OData Services, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP. Design and develop complex SAP applications using RAP Business Objects, Fiori Elements, CDS Annotations, AMDP, and APIs. Architect enterprise-grade technical solutions aligning with business needs and SAP best practices. Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutions. Develop custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and integration components. Drive technical design reviews, code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to development standards. Support data migration, testing cycles, and go-live activities. Develop and enhance SAP Fiori applications and user experiences. Leverage SAP BTP services for innovative solutions. Prepare technical specifications and architecture documents. Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.

A minimum of 7 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA technologies, is essential. Proven experience in at least one end-to-end greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation project is required. Expertise in ABAP on HANA, RAP, CDS Views, OData Services, SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and SAP BTP is critical. Demonstrated experience with RAP Business Objects, Fiori Elements, AMDP procedures, and HANA-native solutions. Strong proficiency in object-oriented ABAP, enhancement frameworks, BAdIs, user exits, RFCs, BAPIs, IDocs, and integration technologies. Experience in performance tuning, debugging, code optimization, and complex SAP landscape troubleshooting. Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable SAP solutions aligned with SAP Clean Core and S/4HANA best practices. Experience collaborating with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical designs. Solid understanding of SAP implementation methodologies, testing, cutover planning, and go-live support. Proven experience leading technical workstreams and mentoring junior developers. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are expected. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
