Lead technical workstreams for Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations, architecting high-performance solutions with ABAP on HANA, RAP, CDS Views, OData Services, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP. Design, develop, and implement complex SAP applications using RAP Business Objects, Fiori Elements, CDS Annotations, AMDP, and APIs. Ensure technical solutions align with business needs and SAP best practices.

Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutions. Develop and support custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and integration components. Drive technical design reviews, code quality assessments, and performance optimization initiatives. Support data migration, testing cycles, and go-live activities. Enhance SAP Fiori applications and leverage SAP BTP services for innovative solutions.

Prepare technical specifications and architecture documents. Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams. Drive continuous improvement in SAP development practices. Participate in stakeholder management and problem-solving to ensure project success.

A minimum of 7 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA technologies, is essential. Proven experience in Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including at least one end-to-end implementation, is required. Strong proficiency in ABAP on HANA, RAP, CDS Views, OData Services, SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and SAP BTP is critical.

Demonstrated experience in developing RAP Business Objects, Fiori Elements applications, CDS Annotations, AMDP procedures, and APIs. Expertise in object-oriented ABAP, enhancement frameworks, BAdIs, user exits, and integration technologies is necessary. Experience in performance tuning, debugging, and technical troubleshooting within complex SAP landscapes is crucial.

Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions adhering to SAP Clean Core and S/4HANA best practices. Experience collaborating with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical designs. Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies, testing, and go-live support activities. Proven ability to lead technical workstreams and mentor junior developers is highly valued.
