This role is pivotal in driving innovation and excellence within our Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) unit, focusing on enhancing functional capabilities and enabling long-term growth through cutting-edge technology solutions.

We are seeking a proactive individual to contribute to impactful projects that shape the future of business finance through advanced data analytics and strategic planning.

Lead comprehensive discovery workshops for SAP Datasphere, encompassing data models, integration flows, semantic layers, and reporting needs. You will translate complex business requirements into actionable functional specifications and acceptance criteria.

Analyze current data architectures and reporting processes to pinpoint optimization opportunities and ensure alignment with target Datasphere models. Collaborate closely with architects and integration teams to define design impacts, data dependencies, and cross-system integration needs.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by clarifying test scenarios, defining expected outcomes, and establishing clear sign-off criteria. You will ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle and mentor junior consultants, facilitating readiness activities for business stakeholders.

This role requires 3-9 years of dedicated experience in SAP Datasphere, with at least one full end-to-end implementation being mandatory. You should possess strong hands-on expertise in Datasphere data modeling, data flow design, and integrations.

Demonstrated experience in integrating Datasphere with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and BW is essential. A solid understanding of SQL, data warehousing principles, and analytical modeling concepts is also key.
