As a Consultant in Risk Consulting, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day delivery of ESG engagements, ensuring adherence to internal and regulatory standards. Your role involves taking ownership of deliverable quality, conducting thorough qualitative and quantitative analysis, and contributing to thought leadership and market intelligence for ESG practice development.

Key responsibilities include establishing and nurturing strong client and stakeholder relationships, demonstrating expertise in client engagement, and providing effective mentorship and guidance to teams. You will play a crucial role in supporting managers and senior managers while ensuring high standards of service.

We are seeking individuals with 2-4 years of relevant experience in ESG roles, possessing a graduate or post-graduate degree along with professional qualifications in ESG, Sustainability, or related international standards. Essential skills include proven experience in ESG Gap Assessments, a strong understanding of ESG processes, and experience with climate risk assessments aligned with TCFD guidelines.

Further qualifications include demonstrated experience in peer review and benchmarking, deep knowledge of sustainability principles, familiarity with Greenhouse Gas Accounting & Inventorization (Scope-1,2,3), and understanding of science-based targets and decarbonization initiatives. Proficiency in data governance (people, process, controls, technology) and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also critical for success in this role.
