Our Risk Consulting practice assists organizations in identifying and mitigating risks across enterprise, technology, and financial services. We focus on enhancing agility and resilience to meet future business objectives.

This role specifically involves contributing to our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, helping clients address critical sustainability and climate-related issues.

Support Managers and Senior Managers in the daily delivery of ESG engagements. Ensure all project activities comply with internal and regulatory standards. Take ownership of deliverable quality, including both qualitative and quantitative analyses. Contribute to thought leadership and market intelligence to advance the ESG practice. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Engage with new clients, manage expectations, and mentor team members. Conduct ESG Gap Assessments and provide actionable recommendations. Perform climate risk assessments aligned with TCFD guidelines and conduct peer reviews and benchmarking.

Possess 2-4 years of relevant experience in ESG roles. Demonstrate a strong understanding of ESG processes, systems, and sustainability principles. Experience with Greenhouse Gas Accounting (Scope 1, 2, 3) and knowledge of Science-based targets and decarbonization initiatives are essential. Proficiency in data governance, covering people, process, controls, and technology aspects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. A Graduate or Post-Graduate degree, ideally with professional qualifications in ESG, Sustainability, or relevant International Standards, is necessary.
